This event emphasizes that wellness is personal and multifaceted, inviting participants to reflect on what brings them joy and contributes to their well-being. Teams can vary in size, from large groups to solo walkers, highlighting the inclusivity of the event. Registration is open, and team captains need to submit their team information by the deadline, either in person or via email. The event kicks off on May 6, 2024, with a walk from the pier across from Bliss to 4th Street, or as far as participants prefer. The wrap-up party on July 6, 2024, at Cousins Park will feature music from Papa Thom and activities led by the Town Crier. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and one individual, based on a points system that considers team name creativity, enthusiasm, best event, and funds raised.
